Garments should be securely packaged, clean, and free from added repairs or patches so they can be processed in their original fabric state, ready for recycling. Returned items are then collated and sent to Frugi’s partners, LMB or Project Re:claim, who work with textile-to-textile recyclers to convert them into new fabrics, helping reduce textile waste.
