PLACING AN ORDER
Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?
No, you’re not required to create an account to shop with us. However, if you decide to set up an account, you'll start earning points on our loyalty system, which can be redeemed for rewards on future purchases. If you need help with registration, please contact Team OBG at hello@ohhbygum.ie.
What should I do if I’ve forgotten my password?
While on the 'Login' section of our homepage, click 'Forgot Password?' We will send you an email to reset your password. Once you have created a new password, you can use it to update your account, place orders, etc.
Having trouble signing into your account?
Please ensure you're using the correct email address and password associated with your existing account (we know it seems obvious, but it happens to the best of us). If the issue persists, try resetting your password using the instructions in the question above. If you've done all this and are still facing difficulties, please contact us at hello@ohhbygum.ie.
What payment methods are accepted at Ohh! By Gum?
You can make online payments in a fully secure environment using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Debit, American Express, Google Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop or an Ohh! By Gum gift card.
All prices include VAT, and we reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Absolutely! You can place an order by calling 0858000377. Alternatively, you can email us at hello@ohhbygum.ie. Our friendly OBG team will be delighted to help you.
How can I order a giftcard online?
You can purchase a gift voucher here - https://ohhbygum.ie/products/gift-card-to-spend-at-ohh-by-gum. The recipient can use it online or in-store when they visit.
Just choose how much you want to spend and fill in the details and we will sort the rest.
How can I use my in-store or online voucher?
If you have an online voucher, simply enter the code at checkout. If you have a store-bought voucher and wish to use it online, please contact us at at hello@ohhbygum.ie, and we will provide you with a code to use.
LOYALTY PROGRAM
How does the OBG loyalty program work?
Our loyalty program features six tiers: Cotton Club, BCI Cotton, Fairtrade Cotton, Organic Cotton, GOTS Certified Cotton, and Recycled Cotton. When you join, you’ll begin at the Cotton Club Tier. For every €1 spent, you'll earn 1 point. You can also accumulate points by creating an account, making purchases, celebrating your birthday, liking us on Facebook, following us on Instagram and referring a friend.
How can I redeem my loyalty points against a purchase?
On the homepage, click the 'Check Rewards' icon on the right side of the page. Log in with your email and password or create an account if you don’t have one. Click 'Check Rewards' again to see if you have any rewards available for redemption.
PRODUCTS
I want an item that’s sold out. Is there any way I can still get it?
As an ethical and sustainable business, we avoid ordering large quantities of each item to prevent overstock. However, in some cases, we can reorder in-season products from certain brands. If you’re interested in an item that’s out of stock in a specific size, please contact us. We’ll check if we can restock it for you.
How can I determine my size for each brand?
Since sizes can vary between brands, we’ve provided size guides for women, men, and children to help you find the right fit. There is a link to our size guides located in the product description for each individual product.

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number that allows you to check shipping updates on the An Post website.
SUSTAINABILITY
What makes your shop sustainable?
Our shop is dedicated to sustainability by offering earth-kind products and minimising waste. We carefully select brands that are committed to reducing their environmental footprint and upholding fair labour practices. We are also currently working towards obtaining B Corp certification.
How do you select the products you sell?
We carefully choose products based on their environmental and social impact. We look for items made from organic materials, produced under fair labour conditions, and designed to have a minimal carbon footprint.
Do you use eco-friendly packaging?
Yes, for our online orders, we use 100% compostable packing bags, string made from the leaves of the raffia palm and we also use FSC paper and tags. We continuously strive to minimise packaging waste and encourage our customers to recycle or reuse the materials.
Are your products certified organic or fair trade?
Many of our products are certified organic or fair trade. Each product description includes information about its sustainability credentials, such as the materials used and any certifications it has. We are committed to offering a range of certified products that meet high ethical and environmental standards. If you have specific questions about a product’s sustainability, feel free to contact us and we will try source that information for you.
RETURNS
How long do I have to make a return?
Within 14 days of receipt, unworn and with the labels still attached.
How do I return my items purchased in-store?
It is our returns policy that if items purchased in-store are returned within 14 days of purchase, (in their original state, unworn and labels attached) with proof of purchase, the customer can then either exchange said item or alternatively we may (as a gesture of good will) offer store credit which is valid to use within the following 6 month period. However, we are not obliged to do so. Please note if item is a gift, this policy still applies with an additional 10 days to return the item.
Refunds are only issued if the goods are faulty.
How do I return my online order?
Keep all the labels attached. If for any reason you are not totally happy with anything, please return the item to us within 14 days of receipt, unworn and with the labels still attached. Then, if we are happy with the condition of these returned items we will either exchange it (as long we have the items in stock), or we’ll refund you the amount you paid for the item - let us know.
If your order is a gift please make sure you note on your order that this is a gift an extra 10 days from purchase date are added to enable an exchange. This will only apply to orders that are marked as 'Gift' in the notes section at time of purchase.
Are there items that I cannot return?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear, earrings, or sets containing earrings unless they are faulty. Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene strip is still intact.
