We want your order to arrive safely and smoothly.
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and secure. If you choose delivery without a signature, or request that your parcel is left in a mailbox, porch, or other accessible location, this is done at your own discretion.
While we work with trusted delivery partners and provide tracking on all orders, parcels left in unsecured or publicly accessible locations may be more vulnerable once delivered.
If you have any concerns about your delivery location, we recommend choosing a signed or more secure delivery option where available.
All orders are sent with tracking so you can follow your delivery.

Missing or Lost Parcels
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, please let us know as soon as possible.
We may ask you to:
- Check with neighbours or others at the delivery address
- Confirm if the delivery location is secure
- Allow time for a delivery investigation with the courier
We will always do our best to assist and will work with the courier to investigate. Each case is reviewed individually to find a fair and reasonable outcome.
