1. Chest - Measure around the biggest bit, making sure you catch the shoulder blades and hold the tape measure level.

2.  Waist - Measure around the smallest bit, but don't suck your tummy in!  This is just above your natural waistline.  Again, make sure the tape measure is level.

3.  Hip - Measure around the fullest part of the bottom.  No wonky tapes measures allowed.

4.  Inside Leg - Measure from the crotch to the ankle bone, making sure the tape measure's pulled tight.  You might want to get help with this one.  Regular length trousers are 32" length inside leg.
