Directions:
Use this oil in a diffuser, as a room spray, in a warm bath, or diluted for massage. Limit to 5–10 drops per 20ml of carrier oil, alcohol, or water.

For external use only. Do not apply undiluted to skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under medical supervision, please consult your doctor before use. Not suitable for young children.
