The world is not what it was but we are all adapting. In order to be of service to our customers and new customers we would like to let you know how we are currently operating.
Firstly, staff levels have had to be drastically reduced for the Spring Summer season so far and currently I, the owner and founder of Ohh! By Gum is the only person working for the business. I am available via social media including the following:

People are placing orders online and either having them posted to their homes here and abroad or they are collecting their orders from The Courtyard outside our shop here in Clifden during pre-arranged times with myself.
People are messaging me through the various channels above with their queries and I love to receive them and to try and help.

How we are processing online orders during Covid-19 pandemic
All our orders online are processed directly from our store in Clifden, Co. Galway. Each order is currently being processed by myself the owner and founder of Ohh! By Gum, Sharon Griffin. Each day I go into work on my own, I ensure my hands are washed regularly and I use hand sanitiser throughout the day as I prepare orders for posting and for collection outside our store in The Courtyard. I also wear one of my homemade cotton masks when handing over goods at collection and practise social distancing. If there are third parties in my premises they are required to wear face masks when possible and all of them use hand sanitiser before and after they carry out their business. (we have moved premises very recently and have had to get essential services connected to be able to maintain business).
Each order is wrapped in sustainable tissue paper before being placed in a wipeable, recycled Pink postage bag for posting or a recycled paper bag for collection.
