Our Riley Organic Naked Tampons are made with 100% organic cotton and nothing else. Certified to the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), these tampons are biodegradable, skin-safe, and designed to perform without hidden toxins.

Unlike mainstream brands, the string is woven directly into the tampon, not glued, so only natural fibres touch your body.
